At Pickney Kids, we understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for canceling an order placed on pickneykids.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

a. Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at support@pickneykids.com or calling +91 9769062929.
  • Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • A full refund, including shipping charges (if any), will be issued to the original payment method.

b. After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may initiate a return after receiving the product. (Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.)

2. Order Cancellation by Pickney Kids

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There are issues with payment processing or verification.
  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.

In such cases:

  • You will be notified immediately via email or phone.
  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Refund Process for Cancellations

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be canceled once the order is placed:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

5. Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or product variant), please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been dispatched.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received within 10 business days:
